The new Custom AI Fields feature allows managers to create up to five dynamic, AI-driven fields within Crono.
These fields are designed to automatically populate with relevant information based on custom prompts you create.

How to Create and Use Custom AI Fields
Using Custom AI Fields in Crono is simple, and the possibilities are endless. Here’s how it works:
- 1. Navigate to Your Contacts List
Once you’re logged into Crono, head over to your contacts or companies list. You’ll notice a “+” button that allows you or your manager to create up to five custom fields for both contacts and companies.
- 2. Create Custom AI Prompts
Crono offers a library of pre-made AI prompts to help you get started. These prompts cover various use cases, such as identifying whether a lead is B2B or B2C, determining pain points, or crafting a value proposition. You can either select a pre-made prompt or customize your own to meet your specific business needs.
3. Customize the Prompt and Save
If you want more control over the information being generated, Crono allows you to adjust the prompts to be as specific as necessary. After finalizing your prompt, you can save it, and Crono will automatically create the dynamic fields based on your specifications.
